Matthew believes that buying or selling a home should be a simple, personalized and enjoyable experience. His people-first approach focuses on building meaningful relationships with his clients through communication and transparency. Prior to real estate, Matthew spent his career in Human Resources working with people, hearing their stories, and learning what motivates them, and is excited to blend his interpersonal skills with his passion for business and problem solving. With no detail too small, he will always guide the decision-making process by asking, “What problem are we trying to solve?”
Before settling in Holly Springs, which he now calls home with his wife and son, Matthew lived in New York and Missouri. He is looking forward to helping others (re)discover all of the things that make the Triangle such a great place to live. During his down time, you can find him exploring new places, adding to his ever growing comic book collection, watching Scandinavian crime dramas, trying new beers at local breweries, listening to 1950s sci-fi & horror radio shows, or taking leisurely hikes around the numerous parks and greenways within the area.
Matthew strives to bring integrity and authenticity to the real estate process. Whether you are looking to buy a new home or sell your current one, he knows working with the right agent can make all the difference and is looking forward to helping you achieve your goals.
