Initial Meeting
- Meet with you to educate you on the home buying process (if necessary) and discuss your wants and needs for your new home.
- Recommend lenders where you can shop for financing options and obtain loan pre-approval.
- Discuss local market conditions and agency relationships.
- Provide you access to your personal portal to MLS which will allow you to stay up to date on all new listings that meet your search criteria.
Viewing Properties
- Schedule home tours for properties that meet your search criteria.
- Monitor on and off market opportunities.
- Once you identify a property you are interested in, provide you with disclosure documents and other pertinent information about the property.
Offer, Under Contract and Closing
- Discuss with offer strategies with you to best position yourself for success and draft offer documents.
- Present your offer to the listing agents, highlighting your strengths as a buyer.
- Walk you through and advising you on the offer negotiations.
- Coordinate all with lender, all inspections, appraisals, surveys, attorney documents, etc. while under contract.
- Assist you in reviewing the inspection report and discuss any repair requests you want to make.
- Facilitate repair negotiations (if needed).
- Coordinate with the closing attorney to ensure we close on time.
- Facilitate the final walkthrough to ensure the home is in the same or better condition than when we put the property under contract.
- Help you celebrate the purchase of your new home!
