- Coordinate with you to develop a plan to make your home more attractive to potential buyers (and working to minimize your cost).
- Continue marketing efforts.
- Provide you with access to MLS which will allow you to keep an eye on current market conditions.
- Assist you with completing all documentation and executing property disclosures.
Offers, Under Contract and Closing
- Walk you through all offers, assist you in preparing counter offers and provide comprehensive information to aid you in making decisions as part of offer negotiations.
- Aid in the coordination of inspections, appraisals, attorneys and documentation.
- Be available to you to answer any questions that arise and communicate effectively so you are informed of all updates/changes.
